  • (1)duckbill pay off stand(one set): seamless tube welding parts, can carry 2.5 ton rod one time, with emergency switch when the wire in disorder.
  • (2)Repeating bending machinery sheeling and steel wire ball powerful scrubing device(one set for each): make the rod peel off oxide sheet iron of wire material surface through the bend of the four directions perpendicular to each other. (3)Electrolytic pickling device (one set): CSO, using electrolytic pickling process to remove the residual oxide sheet, rust ,etc.,and then wash,dry to make sure the wire material surface clean before boron coating process. PP tank body(thick 15mm), 6.8m in length, upper and lower bath structure, put positive and negative electrode plate(thick 10mm)which is separate and rectifier cabinet 0~500A,0~12V on the upper bath; with acid circulation pump and two acid mist ventilation mouth to facilitate exclusion of acid mist.

(4)Boron coating device(one set): 3mm S.S plate making, upper and lower bath structure, using steam or electric heating, pre-heat the wire and set the automatic temperature control device, with air blowing mouth in the exist, and with circulating pump.

(5)Drying device(one set): high frequency drying which is originated in domestic, power consumption is only 10KW, saving electricity more than 40%, using 30m straight tube type drying, the workers only need to make the wire thread the 20cm empty tube, the operation is very simple , and maintenace cost is low, steel wire after boron coating dosen’t need any bending, go into drawing machine directly, boron coating effect is really good, 1m in total length, with automatic temperature control device, the maximum temperature reach to 150 ℃, wire drying effect is good.

(6)Cold air drying(two sets): each set is 3m in length, power is 0.37KW only, sending the steel wire into the wire drawing machine after reducing the temperature can increase the drawing speed
