1. The Vertical Wire Drawing Machine is mainly composed of the main reduction box, gears, reel, mold box, guide wheel frame, thread starting frame and electrical control system, etc.
2. A water cooling circulation system is installed inside the equipment.
3. Each wire drawing reel is rotated by a Y series motor through a gear coupling and is decelerated by two-stage cylindrical gears with different speed ratios so that the reel rotates and works. The wire drawing reel is vertical and installed on the box on the cover. The gears are lubricated with oil.
4. It can be used for the production of nail wire: 8mm or 6.5mm diameter incoming wire, the minimum diameter of 2mm outgoing wire; it can also be used to produce gillnet, barbed wire, and wire drawing of metal mesh raw materials.
5. It is suitable for drawing low, medium, and high carbon steel wires, and can also be used for drawing copper, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metal wires.
